PREPARATION

Before configuration, just have the following information handy
1) Your email address and password
2) Domain Name, which is the last part of your email address after the character "@"
3) Name of your Incoming/Outgoing Mail Server Name. Which is "mail." + "domain name"

Your Incoming/Outgoing Mail Server Name should look like mail.yourdomain.com

Step 1

  • From main screen go to Settings
  • From Settings choose Mail, Contacts, Calenders

  • Choose Add Account

Step 3

  • Choose Other

Step 4

  • Tap Add Mail Account
  • -

Step 5

  • Add information to fields
  • Remarks: Enter complete email address
  • e.g. yourname@domain.com
  • -

Step 6

  • Enter your name again
  • Enter email address
  • Enter a description for reference
  • -

Step 7

  • Scroll down on same screen
  • Enter Incoming Mail Server Name
  • Example: mail.yourdomain.com
  • and your mail password

Step 8

  • Scroll down on same screen
  • Enter same information for Outgoing Mail Server
  • Click Next
  • -

Step 9

  • Verification in progress, will last about 1 minute

Step 10

  • Click Yes to skip SSL
  • Setup completed
  • You may now exit to the main screen and tap on the mail icon to send and receive email
  • -
